Cancellation Policy

I value your time and the commitment you’re making to your wellbeing — and I hold space in my calendar just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed appointments — will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps ensure that appointment times are respected and available for others in need of support.

To honour both your time and others’, sessions will begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Your session includes 80min of therapy and 10 min of case note writing.

Refund Policy

Please note that all sessions are non-refundable. Your payment secures a time that is set aside exclusively for you.

If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right fit, I encourage you to book an initial consultation so we can explore your needs and discuss how we might work together.

Therapy is a collaborative process and does not guarantee specific outcomes. While I am committed to supporting your wellbeing with compassion and care, responsibility for decisions and actions taken as a result of therapy remains with the client.

All information shared in therapy is treated with strict confidentiality, in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines and privacy laws. There are, however, some legal exceptions to confidentiality which will be discussed in our first session.
